Mount Rinjani Open Trip 2023 this trip specially for trekking affordable and Low Budget cost and happy for trekking with a group with in 14 people in a group accompany with 2 guides and 8 porters. minimum reservation in 2 pax and you will meet each other in senaru village for meeting point, explanation trekking trip by our guide.

Tour Itinerary Open Trip Rinjani :

Day1. Lombok Airport Drop to Senaru Village + Waterfall Tour

Pick up place should be around Lombok island such as : Lombok International Airport, Mataram City, Senggigi Beach, Lembar Hrbour, Bangsal Harbour or Kayangan Lombok Harbour and will drop you to Senaru village homestay for a night before trekking trip on the next day .

Day2. Mount Rinjani Trekking – Sembalun Creater Rim 2631m

Weak up early around 06.00am and get breakfast at 06.30am in your homestay, start leaving aroud 07.00am then transfer you to Sembalun village (1,100m) for starting poin of hiking. For the first day you will walking up throught by savana along the way to sembalun creater rim of your firs campsite and it takes normally 8 hours on the trek. So from strating point to Post 1 (1,300m), and Post 2 its gonna like allmost plat and up hill for 3 – 4 hours trekking. Where arraive at Post 2 (1500m) there you have lunch time and take long rest for 1,5 hour for waiting your lunch will serve by our team guide and porter.

After having lunch and your trip will continue to the post 3 ( 2000m ) for 1 hour to catch which is more steper then before. And last part would be longer even stepest along the way from post 3 to Sembalun Creater Rim / Camping Area ( 2631 m above sea level) its take 3,5 hour on the trek. The vies that you could see at your campsite alike half of the lake, a beautiful sunset point, mount rinjani summit, and the valley of Sembalun village. So while enjoing the view your team will set up for camping equipments like a tent, matrasses, sleeping bag, and toilet tent, and after that they will cook for your dinner around 6.00pm while enjoing amazing secenary. I just advice go to the bed soon after heaving dinner and drink tea only as you should weak up early in the next morning day to summit.

Day3. Rinjani Summi Attact 3726 m – Segara Anak Lake 2000 m

A guide will knock your tent to weak up early morning around 02.00am, make you weak up and ready hike to summit. So before leaving other porter will prepare light food and hot drink to refill empty stomact then will start around 02.30am . along this trek to the peak is all sandy even will be on high risk as walking in the darknes also not easy to be on highest point. There are 3 parts you gonna walking up through, which is the first is steper than the second part and its take normaly an hour to catch the second part.

On the second part, there you have to really becarfull as you will walking on the age. Here the trail wide like 1 to 3 meters wide, thats why you have to carefuly on this part, along this trek is sandy even its take an hour to the last point of 3 houndrads meters to get summit which is the hardest part and need an hour more be on Mount Rinjani Summit 3726 m above sea level.

On 06.00am you will arrive on highest point of Lombok island to see a beutiful of sunrise, whole of Segara Anak Lake, New Volcano Cone, Whole of Lombok Island, even Mount Agung in Bali and Mount Tambora in Sumbawa Island.

You will spend time aroun 1 hour for taking picture and enjoy the views, then descend down again by the same way to your campsite on 2,5m hours return. Your breakfast were prepared by the porters and take late meals around 09.00am, then take long rest at the camp for 2 hours.

12.00pm Having lunch at Campsite 2631m and then Descend down to Segara Anak Lake 2000 m above sea level for second camp. Its take normally 3 hours along the trek to lake side which is first 1,5 hours will be on risk , the trek down through by the rocky, so this part also should be carefuly. And rest of 1,5 hours walking is gonna quite easy like flat, uphill, falt, downhill until the Lake and get dinner then over night here.

Day4. Segara Anak Lake to Torean Village

After breakfast and packing your luggage, you will start a tour of the amazing tracks on the Torean Route, Along the way you will be presented with various amazing views, including Susu Goa, Goa Urip or Goa Putri which is unique with stunning stalagmite views, After the Milk Cave, you will see an amazing view on the track, Jurassic Park’s magnificent view, walking between one of the hills lined with waterfalls, Lunch in the tropical forest “Birisan Jackfruit”, After lunch proceed Down to Torean village, Check Out at POS Inspection Store, Transfer to the next destination or to the airport.
